This is great! I love that you suggested to folks to shave off 10 hours to account for things that will come up. Budgeting some blank space in your week is a great approach for folks who live with chronic health conditions, too, who might experience a unexpected flare and need to take a day off or who might not be able to do the task they'd planned to depending on how they feel each day. Love your thought exercise and grateful you shared!
